About this house rental
Villa located in Sérignan near the Mediterranean Sea in Hérault. It has 4 rooms three bedrooms of 12 m2 each with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom, a shower room, a large living room of around 45 m2. It can accommodate 6 people plus a baby. It has a large terrace on 3 sides, part of which serves as a dining room when the weather is nice which is very often the case because Sérignan benefits from an excellent climate. It is surrounded by a flowered garden of 500m2 in which there is an inflatable swimming pool 4m in diameter. The neighborhood is quiet because it is far enough from the noisy city center because of the many festivals but close enough to go there on foot about 15 to 20 minutes. The region is absolutely beautiful and interesting from a geographical and historical point of view. You can circulate on foot, by bike, by boat. Sérignan has a small marina. Valras is 3 km away and also offers a wide range of cultural and sporting events along the seaside, while the beach at Sérignan is kept wild. About 500m from the house, the construction of a swimming pool has already started, maybe it will be finished this summer. Spain is 100km away. No rental of less than 7 days except in special cases will be allowed:

The house was very comfortable. The greatest asset was a spacious living room and terrace around the house. Depending what you need, you could either soak up the sun or hide in the shade. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Remember, the owner doesn't provide neither the towels no bed linen.
I deducted one star for two things.
One - there wa a fold-out swimming pool on the photos when we rented and payed for the appartament. There was writte in the decripion of the photo tha it's a toy. But th swimming pool was quite big and it was one of the arguments for which we rented the appartment. The kids could play somewhere during hot days. In the meantime the owner deleted this photo from the offer and when we arrived we learned that there is no swimming pool. Imagine the disappointement of the kids!
The second thing was the manager of the property who was not very friendly. He was not present during the check in but he arrived for the chceck out. He was checking every single item and corner of the house which was really embarassing for as as we didn't damage anyting and we didn't reperted any damage. We were not fluent in French, he didn't speak English and he was not very open for communication. We don't have such experience so far and we travel a lot.
