About this apartment rental
Attic in the historic center, young, romantic and functional, perfect for those who want to enjoy the comfort of the city, a few meters from the station. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine, mezzanine with double bed.
Under the house all the main services (bars, pizzerias, bakery, shops of all kinds). The UNESCO monuments are all within walking distance in a few minutes.
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. It is located in the historic center, pedestrian area, so it is not allowed access to cars. At the time of booking, the nearest parking spaces will be recommended. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
The train station is 500 meters from the apartment. From the station also all scheduled buses leave, destination sea, Classe or Mirabilandia.
In the pedestrian area, under the house you can find all the main services such as bars, pizzerias, bakery, supermarket, shops of all kinds. All the monuments of Unesco heritage (except the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe, a Classe) are easily reachable on foot.

The host communicated well. The man who met me did a nice job of explaining the apartment. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and safe. It was close to the train station, a grocery, and several restaurants. The washer was helpful. I was very pleased with my stay there. Thanks!

This apartment is charming. The loft with its angled ceiling makes it tricky to move around, but the bed was comfortable and amenities good. The location is loud because it’s in the city but it was easy to walk to several of the cities special sites. It’s a short walk from the train station and we walked everywhere else we went. The host made sure we found the apartment and talked us through all of the details. The apartment is clean and well supplied, and the washing machine was a bonus (though could use a demonstration because it is unlike any we have used and in has instructions only in Italian. The noise of the location and loft shape is why we have it 4-5 stars, but we did enjoy our stay overall.
