Pelican Walk 312 is a spacious 1550 square foot condo that has been fully renovated! This FAMILY & Pet Friendly condo comes with FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service on the beach seasonally March through October. AND, you can even bring FIDO, your furry family member!
The spacious open concept floor plan features floor to ceiling windows with VIEWS of the west side pool, beach, and Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining, and living room! Unique to Pelican Walk 312 is the Kid's "BUNK" Room featuring TWO sets of Bunk beds. The Bunk beds are both Twin over Full bunk beds, with stairs to the top bunks. And, one Bunk even has a full size trundle bed. The Kids Bunk room has a total of 3 full size mattresses and 2 twin mattresses and sleeps up to 8 kids! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a private balcony, an adjoining private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with an adjoining bathroom. This condo can sleep up to 12 guests! The 270 square foot wrap-around balcony is a wonderful space to gather, watch the kids play in the pool, or just take in the Gulf view! The kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook for the family. And, there is a washer and dryer in the condo! The dining table seats eight people and the breakfast bar area seats four.
Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, family fun, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, shell island shuttle, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius!

The Condo was nice and clean with plenty of room. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Even though only one elevator was in operation, it was not that bad getting up and down. Having beach chairs to go with the room was nice. Parking was not an issue, better than most places I have stayed. Mother nature was not kind, it rained for 4 days, but we made the best of it. Better beach access for the handicap would be nice.
