This large, lake view home, is located on a 1/2 acre, fully landscaped view property, along the Naramata Bench, known for its world class wineries. Only a 3 minute drive to Naramatas Manitou Park and Beach and a 5 minute walk to the famous Kettle Valley Railroad Trail for walking and biking, and wild life watching. Take a 15 minute drive to all that Penticton has to offer, such as Golfing, Boating, Festivals, beaches and shopping. The property does have fantastic lake views and is very clean. The house has plenty of room and is well appointed. For the price, it would be nice to have a hot tub or other outdoor amenities that overlook the lake. We never did find the firewood for the wood stove in the basement, which would have taken the edge off on a cold October night. Overall, we would recommend this property.

We traveled as a family of five . . two Grandparents, a Daughter and Grandsons of seven and four years old.The accommodations were as stated with lots of space and plenty of activities for everyone in between outings.One surprise we had was that one of the bedrooms was downstairs. As it turned out, this gave us a sense of privacy for the two groupings. We loved the large covered deck with chairs and dining table that easily sat six! Evenings on the deck overlooking the beauty of Lake Okanagan and the lights of Summerland on the opposite shore were delightful!Mornings brought wildlife sightings of owls, a black bear, Stellar Jays, Quail and more.Sylvia provided prompt attention to any of our requests!The only sporadic issue we had at the rental was the bedroom a/c being finicky. Sylvia advised later that she had that a/c replaced.We would definitely be happy to book a stay at this rental again!!
