About this apartment rental
The loft is located in the 2nd Floor and can be reached by lift. The apartment has 4 correct beds (210x100) and a XXL couch (120cm wide). Up to max. 4 people can relax here and recharge their batteries. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also suitable for guests with wheelchairs, the entire apartment is barrier-free. The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. There is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster kettle and 2 plate induction cooker.

Well located in a nice building with inner courtyard. Spacious living space and well equipped kitchen. There are 4 twin beds - 2 on each side of a partion wall. The beds were not amazing but not terrible. The beds are separated but the space is shared because there are no doors on the sleeping areas and the walls do not go to the ceiling - which is an odd design...so you need to be comfortable with your companions. There are nice large windows in the apartment and it has been well decorated. The area has a lot of good restaurants and it is just minutes from a major ubahn stop.

Had a lovely stay here! Was not expecting such a nice place, one bedroom is open to the kitchen so not super private but it's great if you're a group of friends.
The sofa was extremely comfy as well, I also loved the decor! It's so refreshing not to have generic grey cityscapes.
Overall 10/10 would recommend

This is a basic apartment with all the rudimentary needs. It is in a neighborhood that may look sketchy but is probably. We had no issue. Being inside the Apartment in few days leading to the Christmas felt like what East Germans might have felt under communist rule :-), Dark, uncomfortable beds, the cheapest IKEA furnishings. If you are older and are considering the place then write out all the instructions in a piece of paper and hang it around your neck, because it is like solving an Escape room puzzle :-). The contact ... Martina for us ... was very responsive though.
In summary, quite adequate for young people.
