This beautifully remodeled 3,000 sq ft home is designed for comfortable, relaxing stays — ideal for families, medical visitors, Masters guests, business travelers, and extended stays. This home is not suitable for parties or events.
Enjoy 5 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, lightning-fast 1Gb internet, a dedicated office, and 6 smart TVs. The deck with propane grill is perfect for quiet outdoor dining. The 2.5-car garage doubles as a recreational space with a pool table. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the laundry room in the garage/basement.
Prime Location
This is the closest Columbia County neighborhood to Augusta National, Costco, and Top Golf. You’ll be just minutes from popular attractions and major roads, including Stevens Creek Road, Riverwatch Parkway, and I-20.

• Three king bedrooms with premium cooling gel mattresses
• One queen bedroom with luxury foam topper
• Den: futon + three twin hide-a-mats

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with active community oversight. We work closely with our neighbors to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
Important policies (strictly enforced):
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Registered guests only on property
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Maximum of 5 vehicles
• Exterior noise and occupancy monitoring in place
• No smoking inside or near entrances
Local bookings: To protect the home and neighborhood, reservations from guests residing within the greater Augusta area are subject to additional verification and may be declined.
What You Can Expect

We pride ourselves on hosting respectful guests and providing a smooth, professional experience from booking through checkout.
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed in this house or in this neighborhood. The neighborhood watch will call the police if there are more than 12-15 people and/or more than 5 cars there or if they feel there is a safety issue.
Up to 3 cars are allowed on the road in front of the house. Cars can be parted in the garage and driveway also.
Notify the host if any damage occurs or if something breaks or stops working. There are some complimentary bathroom supplies provided.
The kitchen is stocked with amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and some complimentary brew packs. There is a full spice rack. Please keep them in the kitchen.
Do not remove yard equipment and other supplies in the cabinets in the basement garage.

Property was as described and located in a quiet mature neighborhood. We enjoyed the property and our 3-night stay immensely. We had a minor issue with the heating but it was taken care of right away. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well maintained home in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, towels, etc. Our family enjoyed our stay while we were in Augusta to celebrate my mom’s 95th birthday.
