About this house rental
Located in the heart of the Cumberland Plateau. Just 2 minutes off of Interstate 40. 90 minutes from Nashville and 60 minutes from Knoxville. 15 minutes to Lake Tansi and 15 minutes to Fairfield Glade. Great hiking, fishing, falls, golf and state parks. 25 golf courses within 40 minutes. Heated pool and outdoor pool house unparalleled.
Comfort and convenience of home and close to town. 90 minutes from Nashville airport, 60 minutes from Knoxville and 2 minutes from I-40. 3553 square foot home that is separated into two living quarters. The host lives in the 2000 square foot main house and the guest house is an attached 1553 square foot "mother in law quarters". The guest house is what is available. The pool house is an additional 1000 square foot but has no sleeping quarters. The host likely will be home for most stays but interaction is as much or as little as you would like.
Grill, half kitchen in guest house, outdoor kitchen in pool house, outdoor firepit, gas/wood fireplace in pool house, outdoor heated pool (end of may to end of Sept), pool house. Host family will likely be present during stay and will have pool access when in season. There is a doorway between the main living space and the guest house which is separated by an alarm with as much or as little interaction as you wish.

The property setting is stunning both during the day as well as at night. We loved the pool! Next time we will take advantage of the beautiful firepit, we were just too busy this time. The pool house is absolutely amazing and very well stocked with everything you may need. The home itself is beautiful and welcoming. Our host was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!
