Apartment Building at Steinmarner Str. 25-27 This tastefully furnished two-room vacation apartment offers approximately 84 square meters of space for up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area right near the North Sea.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and take in the view of the surrounding area.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers beach chairs, restrooms, and showers. There are many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options nearby. A free underground parking space is available to guests. Wi-Fi is also available and can be used free of charge.
Tourist tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.
