Located in the beautiful residential community of Bahama Beach Club, this luxurious beachfront three bedroom, den, three bath condominium is situated on 'One of The World's Top Ten Beaches' at Treasure Cay.
This condo offers a spacious 1,650 square feet of luxury living space on the second floor level, sleeps up to six adults and two kids, and provides spectacular ocean views of the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco.
Enhanced features include lavishly decorated furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a large, modern and fully equipped open concept kitchen with GE appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove.
The very spacious master suite has a private access to the screened lanai overlooking the beachfront and fresh water pool area.
Additional amenities include LVP floors throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms, central air-conditioning, 65" HDTV in the living room, 42" HDTV in master bedroom, AM/FM, CD, iPod/iPad/MP3 player compatible sound system and WiFi.
The Bahama Beach Club complex offers many additional amenities including two fresh water pools with jacuzzis. The Tiki Bar & Grill restaurant is open for lunch daily, and dinner on Taco Tuesdays, Saturday BBQ Night and open menu nights on Thursdays and Sundays. The Pavilion oceanfront fine dining restaurant is also open three nights a week for Pizza Night on Mondays, Italian Night on Wednesdays and Steak Under The Stars on Fridays!

Bahama breeze was just what we had hoped for. Right on the water! Nicely furnished and clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The Condo and beach were great. John responded very quickly to any questions we may have had. The beach and location are outstanding. Having the Pavillion restaurant onsite with various theme nights was great. Pizza night was our favorite, surprisingly the Pizza was great which shocked me as a Pizza connoisseur. There are several restaurants only a cart ride away. There are several small mini marts you can grab things you need, I would suggest taking the short Golf ride to Kula's, they have groceries and reasonably priced liquor.No need to rent a car, a golf cart is perfect. There are many car services that will take you back and forth to the Marsh Harbor airport or wherever you may want to venture. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. One callout, bring or buy laundry detergent and drying sheets as the condo does not supply them. Also, be prepared for random power outages and have candles and flashlights handy which the condo had.Big shout out to some of my favorite employees, Darryl rocked the beach bar, and Izzy was great as well. Don't get sticker shock, you're on an Island where everything is imported, so plan to bring a reasonable amount of cash and a credit card as some places only take cards, like the Pavillion and Sunset Pizza.All in all, a great trip and our new favorite Bahamian Island. In fact, we're returning the same time next year, which we rarely do. Highly recommend renting this condo.

We had a fantastic time with beautiful views and gorgeous beach! Condo was very clean and John was very responsive.

This is a beautiful condo with the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property was clean. The location was great right down the street. There were two restaurants, a small marina where we chartered a boat for the day and also a small grocery store close by.Steak Night was great too!
