3 Bedroom Beachbox Steps Away From Beach And Dairy Queen!
This 3 bedroom beachbox has everything you need on one floor. 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds. Master has it's own half bath. a rollaway cot is also available. Linens are included in your rental fee. No need to remember which sheets to bring! Beds will be made up and ready for your arrival! Kitchen and living room have an open floor plan. Center island has three stools for chatting while cooking or an easy breakfast. All utensils and pots and pans are available. Just off the kitchen is a huge screened in porch and on the front of the house there is a wide open deck, great for taking in some rays or having an afternoon cocktail while listening to the waves. There is also a newly built outside shower with plenty of hooks and a changing area. Property is the 3rd back from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac. Just 75 feet takes you to a boardwalk/beach over a flat dune. You won't find a more comfortable home. Bonus * at the end of the street is a Dairy Queen!

Absolutely our favorite cottage in Avon! Close to the beach with a cozy cottage feel and close to all the shops and restaurants. Jeff is a wonderful owner and easy to communicate with! We already booked for next year!

Loved the options of a screened in porch and open porch! Over all the house was great. I have it on my list of potential stays if I go back to avon!

Great location! Close, easy walk to the beach. Very clean! A few minor inconveniences and the porch could use some work but overall a very well-kept house. Perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is in need of a deep clean. The owners rely on the previous guests to clean the cutlery, and obviously never checking on the cleanliness of it.
