This is our second review of this house with our first stay in 2019. The place continues to be our "go to" for visiting Naples. In addition to our previous review, the house is only 6 minutes from Costco. It is extremely well situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to beaches, shopping, etc. The hosts are very responsive and will usually respond within a minute or two of your enquiry. It is also nice to have a contact person/manager in the immediate vicinity to answer questions.The pool is heated and the place is always clean upon our arrival. There was a new BBQ there this year. The combination of the lake view and the swimming pool is unmatched. The air conditioning works flawlessly.The stairs to the upstairs suite are relatively narrow and winding. They are sturdy and consistent with other homes of this design, but may be difficult to navigate for larger or older persons.In truth, giving a top review creates challenges for us as it makes it harder to find a vacant period here in the following year. But, you should experience and enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

Our family of 4 had an awesome stay here. The pool area is great. The wildlife was great to watch behind the house and pool. The house is very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood and excellent for walking. Everything was 5 star!

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. The owners were kind and the local manager was helpful. The location worked really well for us being close to stores, restaurants and beaches. The house and pool were very clean and in good repair. As mentioned in other reviews the nature happening in the backyard was one of the best parts for us. Thank you for a great vacation!
