Tucked just steps from one of the British Virgin Islands’ most beautiful beaches, our charming cottages offer the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and laid-back island living.
Each cottage (half of a duplex) features a bright, open living space with a sofa that converts to a twin bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and air conditioning, while a second A/C unit in the living area keeps the entire cottage cool. Ceiling fans in every room add to the breezy, tropical feel.
Recently renovated, the cottages feature tiled floors throughout and relaxed island décor. Step outside to your private covered deck with a dining table, chairs, and overhead fan—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Foot wash stations at each entrance make it easy to rinse off after the beach.
For larger groups, adjoining cottages can be connected via privacy doors when renting both sides of the duplex.
Set on 1.75 acres, the property is a rare find in Cane Garden Bay—lush, spacious, and shaded by coconut palms and almond trees. Guests can unwind in hammocks, enjoy meals in the 14' x 18' gazebo with charcoal grill, or simply relax in the peaceful garden setting.

This cozy little cottage in cane garden bay is the perfect home base for exploring Tortola. It has delicious restaurants and fun night life in walking distance and is very close to all the best beaches. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

If you want to stay in Cane Garden Bay, this is a great place! Short walk to the beach, market, and restaurants. Sharlene was in contact on our arrival day to make sure we got in and had everything we needed, and Louisa came to check on us after a bad rainstorm and helped us with laundry. Both were extremely friendly and helpful!
The cottage is described perfectly and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Comfy bed and sofa bed, too!

Excellent location with just a short walk to the beach and all of the excellent beach bars on Cane Garden Bay. It’s a popular spot for boaters and one of the best swimming beaches in BVI! Property was very spacious and clean. Property managers are very responsive. We would stay again! Only negative are the wild roosters that are sure to wake you up.
