Completely immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, located between Volterra and San Gimignano, Casa Eloise is ideal for those seeking the tranquility and authenticity of a real Tuscan holiday.
The 3km white road that leads to the property furrows the rolling hills that change color depending on the seasons. It will not be uncommon to run into hares, roe deer and foxes as you reach the property.
The space:
Casa Eloise consists of a double bedroom, a second adjacent room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with open kitchen. Outside you will find a private panoramic garden from which you can admire the sunrise, Volterra and the hills as far as the eye can see.
All the spaces have air-conditioning.
Common areas of the property:
the property has 13 apartments, a large shared swimming pool and a private parking. The entire place is fenced.
The swimming pool opens on June 1st and closes on September 30th

the house is an hour from Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
10 minutes from Gambassi Terme with its thermal baths and Castelfalfi for golf lovers; just 15 minutes from San Gimignano and 20 minutes from Volterra.
The nearest equipped beach is in Cecina which is about 40 minutes away.
