About this apartment rental
Come enjoy everything that Myrtle Beach Sc. has to offer from an Oceanfront Condo at the Sandy Beach Resort .This condo has two Queen size beds and a pull down Murphy bed in the Living room. Has a kitchen, a Hot Tub in the bathroom, plus a large balcony over looking the pools and ocean. The Resort has three heated pools, a Lazy river, three Hot Tubs, a large kids pool and a exercise room on the same floor as the condo.

Let's start with the PRO'S: amazing balcony views-feels like you touch the ocean, steps to the beach-with showers to rinse off when returning, several pools with plenty of chairs and towels-heated and saltwater, condo was clean-smelled amazing when we arrived, washer and dryer work great-which was a surprise for the size, door has a code so no need to carry a key-loved that, the gym is older but functional.Now the CON'S: kitchen is minimal at best-lightly stocked with basics only and uncomfortable if you cook an actual meal; the tub is SO high and difficult to get in & out of-no bars or other assistance; beds, pillows, and couch were very uncomfortable-older and have a lot of wear; the blow dryer only has hot air, no pressure; no beach equipment so you have to rent (at 50/day) if you fly in like we did (we ended up sitting in the pool area). Other things to consider - the area is pretty run down, with many abandoned buildings. Didn't feel like there was a lot available within walking distance, especially for food. Lots of chain restaurants and buffets (not our favorite).

Staging for guests is very important. Needs a deep clean. Couldn’t even use coffee pot. Otherwise a nice location. Stage for your guests.
