I love the energy and festive vibe of the neighborhood. I also love the convenience of the Convention Center, Downtown, Bayshore Blvd, Interstate 275, Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway, Harbour Island, University ofTampa, and much more.

Home is exactly as shown in photos, and the location truly cannot be beat. A morning walk to Starbucks for coffee. Meeting friends at a myriad of nearby restaurants, all walking. And the Publix, also in walking distance, is a fantastic Publix. I will definitely be staying here again.
