A perfect break with 2 young grandchildren.A great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access to the tram link.Shopping was done online with Mercadona for ease, but is a twenty minute walk.We were going to hire a car but was not necessary as ease of public transport. The villa was clean and bright.Great facilities and the hosts were very approachable.Definitely use this property again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the host and shown around the villa. The place was spotless, very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gorgeous outdoor space with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Location is great, close to local amenities, a quiet residential spot with easy access to a well connected local tram system.

The villa was very clean and the pool so warm. Everything you'd need is in the lovely kitchen.
The bedding was poor though - very old and ill fitting. It drove me mad waking up to the constantly untucked fitted (supposedly) sheet !
The local shop is quite a walk away - as is the beach. I would definitely say a car is needed.
The owner is really helpful and a call away.
