National forest is 1 mile away, riverside trails are nearby, with several restaurants, breweries, wineries, a distillery, and a legal marijuana dispensary all within 2 blocks! For the less adventurous the Mercantile is great for train watching, majestic views of the Continental Divide, and a lovely space to bake, get creative, or catch up on self care/play 80's video games on the cocktail arcade.
