Harvey Cottage is a beautifully presented home full of charm and character, set in a sought-after village just 8 miles from the coast. Offering a peaceful setting away from the busier seaside areas, it provides the perfect balance of relaxation and easy access to North Norfolk's stunning beaches.
The cottage is finished to a very high standard throughout, with welcoming and thoughtfully designed interiors. A spacious living room with a beamed ceiling and cosy wood burner creates a lovely place to unwind, while a separate dining room is ideal for relaxed meals. The fully fitted kitchen comes well equipped for everything you need during your stay.
Upstairs and downstairs, the layout works perfectly for couples, friends or small families, with two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds—alongside a beautifully finished ground floor bathroom and an additional separate shower room.
Outside, there is generous space to enjoy at both the front and rear of the property, along with the benefit of a gated driveway providing easy and secure parking.
With the wide sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea just a short drive away, Harvey Cottage is ideally placed for days out by the coast, as well as exploring the surrounding countryside and local attractions. Less than 15 mins from the amenities in Fakenham, Harvey Cottage is also only a 5 min drive from the ever popular winter Thursford Show.

Very nice cottage we have stayed here twice now and never disappoints very cosy clean and its perfect for our dogs , I am sure we will be back again in next November thanks again mr ward

Return visit to Harvey cottage. Comfortable accommodation, great location. Shower in bathroom could do with updating .

The cottage was well equipped and ideally situated to explore North Norfolk. However, having rented dozens of holiday cottages, we were disappointed with some aspects of the property. The level of cleanliness was poor. There was a messy drip of toothpaste down the cupboard door in the upstairs bathroom and the loo in there smelled of urine. Cobwebs in corners, grubby skirting boards and dust bunnies around the legs of the dining room chairs and I doubt the dining room floor had been mopped in a while. The towels provided were well past their prime - thin and greyed. We won’t be returning.
