From its fully stocked kitchen, private beach walkway, outdoor shower, covered back porch overlooking the ocean and unmatched natural light and views from the living room and bedrooms it really is one of the most unique and luxurious stays that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Not to mention it has been furnished with the highest-end amenities including Parachute sheets, bedding and bath towels, Helix mattresses and is stocked with Leus beach towels!

This beachfront residence is located on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, tucked away at the end of a private street, giving you the feel of your own private beach. It shares a spacious gated driveway with The Bluemoon Cottage (also bookable via Mira-Mar)!
The Neighborhood:
Sundance Cottage is arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families. Should you require more than four bedrooms, inform us! The Sundance Cottage conveniently shares a gated private driveway with its sister property, The Bluemoon Cottage!
Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

This beautiful beach house was absolutely perfect. The house itself is charming - well-equipped, clean as a whistle, beautifully decorated...and the location! Literally right on the beach, with easy access. Very private-feeling, even with other houses nearby. The hosts could not have been nicer or more responsive. We have already booked our next trip...we have found our forever Wrightsville Beach home away from home!

I have never stayed this close to the beach, and it was amazing. The sound of the waves all day and all night made for the perfect backdrop for this relaxing vacation.

There are so many things to love about this house! The view, the access to the beach, and the thoughtful touches. We are also very grateful for them allowing dogs.

The beach view is so amazing I was motivated to get up each morning for a cup of coffee at sunrise. So much fun to watch the surfers, take long walks in either direction at low tide, or cook seafood in the well-equipped kitchen (highly recommend Mott’s for fresh fish).
