Guests may park in the driveway or the garage. Garage is opened by entering home and then manually pressing the garage button from inside the garage
The Neighborhood:
Wonderful and safe residential neighborhood. Please make sure to abide by quiet hours of 9pm outdoors so it doesn't disrupt the friendly neighbors

- We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
- Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Truvi / Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from Truvi / Know Your Guest.
- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $150 or a damage waiver of $20.
- In compliance to City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation. (see house rules for more information)
- User of Security Cameras, Noise aware sensors and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and would be banned from Channel where booking was made.

-Outdoor TV
- We have provided ROKU applications that are Free
You may log into all the other streaming services on your own (Hulu , Netflix Disney plus ,etc. ) If you need Live TV for a game please let us know and we will make sure to accommodate your request.
- Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.
- Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).
- A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines.
- USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

- The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 3 cars you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.

We were in town for an extended period. We needed a place to spread out and relax in the evenings and this place worked out great would recommend it.

The home is older, needs some work. The rooms are good, allows for privacy. The biggest issue is when a home sleeps 12, we expect it to accommodate 12. You need triple the amount of towels/bath/hand/wash cloths, extra pillows (better pillows too), blankets, couch blankets. Seating outside sits maybe 6. All kitchen utensils are old/worn/dull. Need more pans. We received no check in/out information. The entire process was average, at best. Same with the home.
