Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
The third sleeping space is a queen-size air mattress located in the living room.
No parties, events, smoking, or vaping are permitted anywhere on the property.
Please do not tamper with the Ring doorbell camera or the noise monitoring device.
All guests are required to electronically sign a Short-Term Rental Guest Agreement before check-in. This agreement outlines the terms of your stay and confirms that this is a temporary lodging arrangement, not a landlord-tenant relationship.
Check-in instructions will be provided after the Guest Agreement has been completed.
After booking, you'll receive access to our Guest Portal, where you'll find check-in instructions, house information, local recommendations, and the option to purchase early check-in or late checkout for $25, when available, please contact host to check availabiity.

We had a great overall stay and really appreciated how helpful and responsive the host was. Especially as we worked through a same-day check-in issue on VRBO’s side. They were quick to respond and even checked in after our late-night arrival, which we truly appreciated.The unit itself was clean, elegantly decorated, and had a cozy, calm, homey feel. There were also several thoughtful touches that made a great first impression, like extra pillows and blankets, along with a well-stocked coffee station with K-cups.A few things future guests may want to be aware of:-The parking garage has a 7-foot height limit. We had to remove the roof rack from our Tahoe to fit, so that’s helpful to know in advance.-The key fob lockboxes were difficult to read, and there were multiple boxes with very little distinction between them. We were fortunate to choose the correct one.-Only one key fob was available, which made it a bit challenging for our group since building access requires it at all times.Overall, a lovely place to stay with a very attentive host. Just a few logistical details to keep in mind when planning your visit.

Wonderful location—close to Cumberland Mall. Very safe building, with indoor access to the unit, and secure parking. Elevators available so no need for stairs, unless you want that exercise. We found the unit to be extremely high end and immaculate. Absolutely beautiful and well decorated, but not over done. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Kitchen is apportioned well with dishes for eating and cooking. Large dual vanity in primary bedroom, soaking tub and walk in shower. The host is extremely attentive and professional — making guests feel sincerely appreciated and very welcomed. Can’t wait to visit again!!
