Welcome to Bream Cottage, a charming waterfront retreat nestled on the shores of Wallis Lake in peaceful Coomba Park. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a quiet escape from the city, our cozy two-bedroom cottage offers the perfect balance of relaxation, nature, and adventure.
The Location
Wake up to breathtaking lake views, the sound of native birds, and the occasional visit from pelicans, dolphins, swans, and kangaroos. Enjoy the tranquility of Coomba Park while still being within reach of:
• Forster (40 mins by car, 10 mins by boat) – A vibrant coastal town with shops, cafes, and stunning beaches
• Bluey’s Beach, Boomerang Beach & Elizabeth Beach (20 mins drive) – Some of the best beaches on the East Coast
• Wallingat National Park (13 mins away) – Hike through lush forests, visit Whoota Whoota Lookout, and explore scenic picnic spots
The Cottage
Bream Cottage is a self-contained, cozy retreat designed for up to 5 guests. Enjoy:
• Master bedroom with a queen bed and lake views
• Second bedroom with two single beds plus a trundle
• Spacious living area with comfortable seating
• Well-equipped kitchen with all essentials, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle
• Dining table for four to enjoy meals with a view
• Bathroom with shower
• Private balcony with outdoor dining and lake views
• Fire pit area bring marshmallows and relax under the stars (please bring your own firewood)
Water Supply
Coomba Park is a tank water area, and the cottage is supplied by rainwater tanks. Guests may wish to bring bottled water for personal preference.

The check in was easy. The 2 bedroom cottage with lake view was very clean and provided everything we needed.The shower water pressure was amazing. There was air con in the living area. All kitchen appliances were provided. There was a washing machine and dryer. It was an extremely present stay. The only thing I would have liked was curtains or blinds in the bedrooms as the ones there were very sheer and the sunlight coming through in the morning made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.
