Relaxing stay and a unique property. Everything is there with some extras. The kayaks are a great add, as were the two nice chairs, but expect a bit of a haul to get them down to the lake. A great place to relax and lake, Cookeville is about half an hour and has everything else, restaurants and shopping, one might want. The DG in Baxter was surprisingly decent for groceries.

The house was very clean. Very nice. We enjoyed the view it was relaxing. We loved the snacks and coffee it was nice to have things there. Very nice hot showers.

We had a nice relaxing time. We enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and a nice fire. Loved sitting on the deck for early morning coffee and dinner at night. We truly enjoyed the hike at burgess state park with the beautiful waterfalls.
