This property is in the woods. Although we take meticulous care of it and have regular exterminators, there are still sometimes a random insect that sneaks in, or a bear that may visit. The fire pit is wood burning, there are several places near us that sell it! We cannot refund for bad weather. Please consider travel insurance to protect your trip.

The recliner that is closest to the kitchen kept reclining by itself. Hope a wonderful stay. Got to see two bears the first day.

We had an awesome stay and the house was designed well. The host was excellent and communicated well. Beds were very clean and the amenities (hot tub, arcade cabinets, and grill) all worked well. The only complain we had was the floors need mopped. We had to wash our childs feet every night before bed.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was perfect for my older family with 2 20 year olds and 2 18 year olds as well as our best friends with a 1 year old. The house was well equipped with baby gates for the steps plenty of games. The kitchen was well stocked. We saw 3 bear which was exciting. This is a great location we did not have to drive far for Dollywood shopping hiking or for dinner. Definitely recommend renting this property.
