Perfectly located between campus and downtown (walking distance to both). Also, a surprisingly peaceful location, hidden in an alley/parking lot to an old school little motel. Not at all expected! A pleasent surprise.

The property was nice and clean.

House was very clean and had nice amenities and was very well kept. However due to the location, we heard a lot of loud traffic noise at night making it difficult to sleep. Also the lumbar yard next door had loud trucks running early in morning. My family and I got little sleep during our stay. Overall we would provably not stay here again.
