This five-bedroom, three-bath home sits on Lake Luzerne. This beautiful lakefront home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a mudroom with a washer and dryer, private parking, a sun porch, and an outdoor shower. This home can comfortably sleep 12.
On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a wood-burning fireplace. Off of the dining room, this house offers a screened-in porch. Upstairs you will find one king bedroom with a master bath, two queen bedrooms, a full bath with a tub and a shower, and the fifth room featuring a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed.
Step outside and take in the endless lake views on the 8X16 outdoor deck where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. Just off of the deck, take a walk down the staircase to a private dock where you can enjoy endless swimming, two kayaks, one paddleboard, one canoe, lake access, and all the fresh, Adirondack air your lungs can handle! In the evening get your smores and gather the kids around the fire pit as you watch the sunset on a perfect day.
This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card, dogs only.

The ONLY issue everyone has with the bedrooms, was that there were no dresses of any type to store our clothes and other items. Also there were NO large garbage bags

The house itself is OK but rather small if you are trying to accommodate more than 8. The kitchen and family room are small. The outside area was very disappointing. It was not well maintained(dirty/cobwebs) and there were ant hills everywhere, we would not let the kids out there to play. There was a corn hole game but the bean bags had been eaten away by something! They very much need an exterminator outside and inside. There are just sheer curtains on the windows so don't expect to sleep late. The house is somewhat remote; 20 minutes to Lake George area and about 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs. Not much in the area as far as places to eat out.*Luggage racks are needed.*Only a half roll of paper towels was provided.*We were told to use make up wipes; not the towels; but none were provided. *There were no extra trash bags provided.*The WiFi connection is not very good so don't plan on doing and work if you stay here.*The coffee maker had an attachment for pods that was removed but we found that. No K-cups were provided as stated in the welcome materials.Generally, we were disappointed.
