Spacious 4BR home in gated BellaVida Resort for up to 8 guests.

- Private pool (optional heating: $30/day + tax, confirmed in advance), fenced
- Full kitchen with appliances and cookware for 8
- Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room

- Linens and towels provided (1 set per guest). Pool towels also provided.
- Baby pack-n-play, high chair, and umbrella stroller included (no linens)

- Home is self-catered with starter supplies at check-in, so you don’t have to go shopping to the store upon arrival. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last the entire stay
- Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
- Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
- Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
- Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request
Important Pool Info
- Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose
- Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather
- Water returns through the bottom of the pool, not through the jets, which are not working
- Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee
Wildlife & Pest Advisory
- Because Florida is home to abundant wildlife and insects, you may occasionally see animals (such as deer, raccoons, or snakes) and bugs around the property.
- We utilize a professional, monthly pest control service to keep the property treated inside and out. To help us keep the home bug-free during your stay, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times, take out the trash daily, and promptly clean up any food spills. Please note that despite our best efforts, pests can sometimes be accidentally carried inside on luggage or bags.

Kitchen was perfect, we didn’t eat in much as my job is a cook. But it was stocked perfect, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our next trip will be all adults instead of 4 teenage girls.(ha-ha). Thank you so much

Three couples enjoyed the condo, with nice bedrooms and pretty spacious kitchen/dining / living room . Excellent communication with our host . We especially loved the common area pool and clubhouse. A real treat . All in all great value.

The inside was pretty much as pictured and clean. Plenty of sleeping space and 3 full baths were great for a larger family. It's a gated community so that added some security. But some of the other condos seemed a little run down as we were driving through. It rained during our short stay so we didn't get to experience the pool area at all.

Shared rental with other family for AAU National Tournaments at Orange County Convention Center.Queen bedroom: definitely needs a new mattress or pad to remove major dip in middle and the bathroom is NOT attached.Needs a very deep clean and minor fixes and updates. Cut back bush in entryway and speak with someone about dog poop left in grass in front of property.Sinus chairs not comfortable and the dining table still had crumbs in the seams of the glass.The “pool” was definitely a let down and there were hoses left around when we arrived. I wouldn’t recommend paying to have it heated unless you want to use it as a jacuzzi…it’s that small.Nicely decorated and property rep was very responsive & informaticFor the price it was OK.
