The cozy Non smoking holiday house with a floor space of 63sqm is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It is just 350 meters to the beach in a small forest area. Shops are within walking distance. Very comfortable is the combined living / dining area with a pull-out sofa bed, fireplace, TV, music system and access to the sunny terrace. The, in the living area integrated and open kitchenette, is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood and sufficient crockery for 6 people. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom - upstairs of the house - has a double bed and wardrobe. For small children cot and high chair are available free of charge. In the brightly tiled shower room with natural light, you can use a washing machine free of charge. Furthermore, there are storage rooms on the upper floor and next to the entrance to the house. You can park your car free of charge on the parking space at the holiday home. The quiet location of the house is ideal for families with children, especially since the extensive grounds offers plenty of play opportunities. Please note that pets are not allowed.
