Inside, the apartment keeps things bright, open, and ready for group time. The living area has comfortable seating, a large TV, and big windows that bring in the palm-lined setting outside, while the dining area and kitchen sit close by so everyone can stay connected between meals, coffee, and downtime. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, a coffee setup, and the essentials for easy breakfasts, pre-dinner snacks, or nights when staying in sounds better than heading back out.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the layout practical for families, friends, or small groups who want a comfortable San Diego base without overcomplicating the stay. The apartment setup keeps everything close and easy to navigate, with enough separation for guests to recharge after full days around the city.

Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, the waterfront, Petco Park, dining, coffee, and nightlife are all simple additions to the itinerary, and beach days or airport arrivals do not feel far removed. - Due to safety risks, no child under the age of 13 may operate the elevator without adult supervision. Adults should secure children while entering, riding, and exiting the elevator.
- We no longer have bikes available at this property.
- This property is a part of a shared building with a unit above.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Parking Details:
- No private or on-site parking is available.
- Guests will need to rely on restricted and/or metered street parking, subject to availability.
- Please note that the City of San Diego has installed parking meters throughout the surrounding area, with a 4-hour parking limit. If you plan to explore the city, we recommend using Uber or other rideshare services instead of renting a car, as parking is limited and time-restricted.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
