There are plenty of thoughtful spaces from ready nooks to the impressive dining options inside and out, with the outdoor dining and couch seating overlooking the Olive Orchid.
Enjoy the wood fire for ambiance and warmth on those stormy nights, sitting in the comfortable leather couches or at the spectacular dining table with soaring ceilings and huge picturesque, double-glazed windows looking out at the magnificent estate and valley.
Embrace the vibrancy of rural sunsets, the scent of nature and fresh air, boasting a plethora of options to stop and enjoy these moments. As The Grove Estates high elevation takes full advantage of its views with large windows and balconies looking out to the Valley and the Famous Mount Buffalo.
Please note the Estate is also home to the Little Olive Cabin, this space is a fully facilitated cabin loft separate to the home with all of its own private facilities and access. The Space can be booked to accommodate a 5th couple in your group, however if not booked by your group it will be rented by a separate party with the only shared space being the inground pool.
Only small pets permitted, please advise on the type of pet you are bringing.

It was a great view and the family loved it. Not sure with how the fans worked as we wanted them on a higher speed but couldn’t either work out how to or the controls weren’t working and the same with the middle rooms AC but beside those couple things we would all go back in a heart beat even hire out the other little cabin there too

Communication from Bright Boutique Acc was excellent, as was the property and amenities. Loved location, views, and the well and beautifully appointed property. All bedrooms very comfortable.

The accommodation was excellent.We had 6 guests and the property suited the size of this group perfectly. But if we had had 8 guests we believe one bathroom for 6 would not have worked so well. The presentation of the inside and outside was house was excellent too. We have a couple of suggestions for the kitchen. It had only one type of mug for hot drinks and most guesses didn’t enjoy drinking from them. Luckily we had some back up mugs in our campervan to overcome this little issue. Suggest a couple of different hot drink mugs. A minor suggestion but an impactful one.We appreciate the request for more wood being delivered the next day.One small complaint was that the pool was not clean and we cleaned it out of leaves etc before our use.Otherwise a wonderful stay at a beautiful property and we would highly recommend.

The house is beautifully appointed with all facilities needed - in fact once you are there it is really hard to drag yourself away to explore the surrounding area. The wood fire in the evening was lovely and in the morning waking to the most amazing view was delightful. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.
