Disclaimer: the building this unit is in will have construction completed by May 1, 2025. There will be construction ongoing in surrounding buildings and some amenities may not be available such as the pool until construction is complete. Construction is slated to be FULLY COMPLETE by May 1, 2025. Guests will enjoy discounted rates during the construction period making this a fantastic Rosemary Getaway at a special price.

Beach or pool? You can have both! You can enjoy the amazing, award-winning resort style pool and cabanas…… or you can head to the most beautiful beach in Florida, a short walk (0.25 miles) away.
Cook or eat out? You can have both! You can cook in our fully stocked kitchen with new appliances……or you can eat out at the many restaurants in Rosemary (0.3 miles) or just across the street in one of the 30 Avenue restaurants, all within a minutes’ walk. Walk to the kitchen or walk to the restaurants - you can do either!
Exercise outdoors or on equipment? You can have both! You can exercise at the state of the art gym onsite, which includes a workout mirror and a Peloton, or you can walk or bike your way around 30A!
The condo is comfortable and spacious enough for you to enjoy a “stay at home and veg” day in front of the TV, or grab some sun and relaxation of your private balcony overlooking the wonderful resort pool, palm trees and cabanas. You can even get some work done if needed at the fully equipped work station in the unit!
At the end of the day, enjoy a wonderful sunset on the rooftop deck with irresistible views of Rosemary Beach, 30A and the beach - the best and highest view on the east end of 30A! And then soak the day away in the amazing soaking tub in the primary bathroom.
