We couldn't believe how this property fit all our needs. Four families, it was perfect for us. Lots of room, stocked with everything we needed from the huge kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. a five-star home to stay in.

This was an amazing stay! Came with a lot of kitchen basics and tools to cook. We were able to make family breakfasts and dinners with ease. Close to town for a quick trip in or grocery delivery, but not so close that you can’t see northern lights! Had a beautiful shows the first three evenings of our stay. This house embodies Alaskan luxury!

Such an amazing experience! The home was beautiful, well stocked and a great location. Close to the airport and shopping, but right on the lake down a dead end road that made you feel you were in the middle of nowhere. The property maintenance staff, lead by Karley, were above reproach! They were kind, responsive and full of great information about the local spots to see. The kitchen is equipped with almost any gadget you could ask for. You will not be disappointed with your decision to stay here!!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our UAF alumni trip to Fairbanks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The house itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.We especially appreciated the extra care taken with shoveling the driveway, sidewalks, and surrounding areas, which made coming and going easy and safe. It’s clear the hosts take a lot of pride in their property and in making guests feel taken care of.Thank you for helping make our UAF alumni trip to Fairbanks such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
