The property is in a wonderful location - an older neighborhood with five great restaurants within blocks. It is one block from the bay and about five short blocks to a beautiful gulf beach.
The house is cute with two bedrooms. The apartment over the garage has one bedroom, a well-furnished living room, a nice screened-in porch and outside deck. Other reviews have mentioned a mildew smell when entering the apartment. That’s accurate, but those who stayed there said they didn’t smell it at all after just 2 or 3 minutes. The pool was wonderful and the landscaping is beautiful. Ellie was very responsive when we needed anything.
There are lots of beach toys and boogie boards.
We would have stayed again next year, but it wasn’t available for the same months.

We stayed for over a month and wished we stayed longer! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hosts pay attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely love to come back!

Wonderful, unique updated, very private, “old Florida” property in a quiet, neighborhood. Very nice pool and spa. Nearby beach is beautiful and not crowded, great for walking. Owners were very friendly, extremely responsive to any communications or concerns. Three nice restaurants within walking distance.

Nails for decor items remain in walls without purpose
Slats fell out of one bed twice
Guest house was very musty when first occupied
