About this apartment rental
Dear Vacationers,
We have furnished our 77-square-meter vacation apartment to accommodate up to 4 people.
The living area features a large LCD TV and a DVD player. For your entertainment, we have a selection of books, DVDs, and games on the shelf.
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an LCD TV.
We’ve furnished the second bedroom with two single beds—which can be arranged separately or pushed together—and it also has an LCD TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.
The bathroom and the additional restroom each have heated towel racks so you can dry your towels after a trip to the beach or the pool, even in bad weather.
The bathroom and the spacious 30 m² living and dining area are equipped with underfloor heating.
The large balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
