Charming and cozy East Hampton cottage on a beautifully and privately landscaped half acre adjacent to farm fields. It offers two second floor bedrooms, an office that can be converted to a twin bedroom upon request, two full bathrooms, a sunny living room, an adjacent eat in kitchen, and a finished basement with laundry area. Guild Hall and the East Hampton Library are just a mile away, and Main Beach is less than two miles away. The back deck is furnished with chaise lounges, Weber grill, and outdoor dining table for six. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, air conditioning, flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and premium cable. The home is a little more tired than the pictures show BUT we enjoyed the comfortable cottage feel to the place. The grounds are beautiful and although it is on a busy road, sitting on the back deck we were not bothered by noise. We slept soundly (until the songs of birds woke us!) in comfy beds and we were cozy in this home. The location is an easy bike ride to town. We never used our car but to visit Sag Harbor - we rented electric bikes and biked everywhere. Note, second full bath is in the basement but the upstairs bath was sufficient for the three of us and this didn't matter. I would rent again.

Worked very well for our 4 day stay. Attractive and easy. Check-in was super easy. And the owner so kindly showed up very quickly when we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the house. We would rent it again.

I stayed here with my 3 friends over Memorial Day Weekend, and we had the most amazing time. The cottage was better than expected and even more charming in person. Incredibly well stocked, the house had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc. There was a beautiful front and back yard/ deck that was perfect for lounging and lawn games. The property is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by a fence and gate, which made the property feel very safe and private.
It's a very good location and took us about 5 minutes to drive to town and less than 10 to get to the beach.
While I never met Jeanne in person, she was always available via text. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a restful and relaxing stay in the Hamptons. We certainly can't wait to return.
