About this apartment rental
A delightful, 1st floor flat (with lift), on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the harbour. This cosy bolt hole is also in a perfect location for the local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
There is a choice of several excellent, safe beaches within easy walking distance and as you won't need a car there are also easily accessible, reasonably priced car parks nearby (e.g. £20/week). The railway station is also only about 10 minutes walk.
The accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a living area - lounge and kitchen/diner. Off the hallway are the two bedrooms and modern bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom a 4' bed suitable for two children or an adult and child. The bathroom has a bath/shower, w/c and hand basin.
Other amenities include high speed broadband, a flat screen TV with free view and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with the usual mod cons.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay.Location was very good, central to everything.Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location being central to everything. Bit of an issue with parking and loading and unloading luggage. Had an issue with scaffolding being removed from the building from 7am on our only full day. Apartment has everything you need although quite cramped with four adults staying. Second bedroom with double bed against wall, too small for two adults. Understand the limited space but vacuum, highchair and cloths rack beside bed in main bedroom cramped room even further. Place needed a bit of a polish but overall a great stay.

The property is in a great location.But the property is very dirty. Cobwebs in the ceilings and thick dust in the skirting boards/carpets in the bedrooms. The bathroom needs to have an extractor fan to prevent further damp and moisture building up. There is a lot of rust and mould because of this. No toiletries are provided.
