Lovely one bedroom duplex apartment in the beautiful and authentic mountain village of Montagny Le Villard situated 10 minutes above the town of Bozel, with easy access to the Courchevel valley. Perfect for 2 guests but 2 more can use the sofa bed upstairs.
This apartment was renovated in 2010 from a derelict town house retaining as many of the original features as possible. With the West facing balcony, you can enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set behind the mountain. The apartment is over 2 floors with double bedroom and shower room on ground floor and an open plan lounge/kitchen and balcony up the wooden stairs on the first floor. The living area of the apartment has a sofa bed so there is a possibility of accommodating 4 people if necessary. A little mezzanine office accessed by a gentle ladder completes the property.
