The home is made up of two separate dwellings—a two-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom pavilion—designed to offer comfort, privacy and flexibility for families, friends or groups.
The main house is bright, airy and spotlessly clean, with two thoughtfully styled bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a full kitchen. The open-plan living and dining area flows onto an expansive deck, ideal for indoor-outdoor living.
The lush backyard features a large terrace with stadium-style seating, an outdoor dining area, BBQ kitchen, and plenty of spots to unwind on the grass or under mature trees.
Main House Features:
- Ducted air conditioning and fly screens throughout
- Open-plan kitchen/living/dining opening to deck
- Smart TV with Netflix and Stan
- NBN Wi-Fi
- Full kitchen with Nespresso machine, fridge with ice maker, and Zip Tap (sparkling/filtered/boiling water)
- Master bedroom with Queen bed, window seat and built-in robe
- Second bedroom with king single bunks + trundle, built-in robe, toys and books
- Family bathroom with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, heated floor and towel rail
- Laundry with Bosch washer/dryer and sink (essentials provided)
Pavilion Features: A private, self-contained space steps from the main house, featuring:

We loved staying here. Absolutely charming house and right next door to our family friend. Close walk to the beach. Bikes, tv, garden and lots of privacy. Hopefully the shop and restaurant will be open again soon. Host communicates really well, thanks for letting us stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Black Pearl. The house was amazing and luxurious-it was equipped with everything we needed for an extended family trip away. And it was so conveniently close to the beach.
We’ll definitely be back to stay there again soon!

Our stay at this magnificent property was second to none! Clean and very modern and comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for the area. The host was generous and welcoming, with an early check-in and late check-out. Proximity to the beach and amenities was excellent!
