we stayed here in march. the place is exactly as described. beautiful ocean view. The condo is nice and roomy. it's located on the East side of the island to see the sunrise. My only complaint is the host does not provide extras like beach chairs or cooler, which would be extremely helpful when families stay here . We were disappointed that these were not here because we are out and about all day and having a cooler would've been so helpful to keep water and maybe some sandwiches. I would highly recommend the host to provide these things or put it in your room description, so people staying here could at least pack a foldable cooler to bring with them. It helps the families as they're out and about during the day for beaches and to pack lunches. Also if you plan to cook to save money, there's no spices aluminum foil or extras in the kitchen. The pool was very nice. We did not eat at the restaurant at the resort so I cannot leave a review about that. Overall, it was a great week and I cannot wait to come back to Kauai.

The good; grounds and pool were very nice, the unit had great views and looked as advertised. The not so good; the unit only contained absolute essentials- no extras or niceties whatsoever that you would expect for the price range. Hallways and elevator were dingy, some of our light switches were wired backwards. The A/C randomly cut out a few times and our inside hot tub started on its own a few times. Again, a nice place but the attention to detail was just not there for what was paid.

The room was perfect for our family. We felt like we could be together in the living room with space to spread out (play card games, watch tv, sit at the bar/island area). Also, the two bed rooms give you plenty of separation when you need to relax. Highly recommend room G401.
