The Space:
Memorable Diria Condo with panoramic ocean views! Welcome to the Beach Nest at the Diria Resort! This ocean-view 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, two-story condo has the best location in Tamarindo. Experience amazing views of the ocean, pristine garden area, and 10,000 SF Free form pool. This amazing space has been professionally designed and decorated by the popular local architect Architect Xyanna Bateau. This property is truly unique with amazing attention to detail in every material throughout the property! There is an incredibly spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill for your personal use. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.
The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1650 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. There are two Master Bedrooms, each with a King Bed and a full private bath on each level of the property. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. Spacious living and dining area and access to a large ocean-view balcony. Large smart TVs in the family room, and both bedrooms. Cable TV, high-speed WiFi, phone, and A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious. Inside washer/dryer for your use. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features all cooking utensils and supplies perfect for the chef in your group. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, and secure parking. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! *For larger groups, we manage unit 301 next door and can accommodate large groups of 11-12 guests!

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.

This was the perfect place for us! It is located in the center of town with easy access to everything. The condo is unique and extravagantly decorated. I don’t know how often this happens, but there was a family of monkeys that came to eat in the tree right off the balcony each morning. We love watching them. Also, there was a dazzling show of dragonflies in the morning and swallows in the evening. It had a magnificent view of Tamarindo Bay. We would definitely return.

We knew there were stairs involved, but to get to the pool it was about 6 flights. Disappointed that we were not permitted to use the resorts other 2 pools. Had enough toilet paper for 3 days. Had to find a market to purchase. For the amount we paid, you would think toilet paper is included.
