About this house rental
The apartment is located in a village in the north of Olbia, less than 5 minutes by car from Pellicano beach. It is spread over two floors and is characterized by a charming ceiling with exposed beams. On the ground floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase at the entrance leads to the living area on the first floor, a large open space furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. From this floor there is also access to a covered terrace with a dining area and a beautiful sea view. A second bathroom with shower completes the setup. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as a washing machine, iron and air conditioning. *Guests benefit from an outdoor parking space inside the property.
