About this apartment rental
This unique home has a style all its own. The apartment is characterized by its design, beautiful interior, and exquisite choice of materials. It’s a comfortable place to live. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar opening onto the living room, two bathrooms, and a fantastic south-facing terrace with a partial ocean view.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed. 160x200 cm, two large closets, a desk, and access to the terrace.
Large bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2: features two single beds (90x200 cm) and two built-in closets.
Bathroom 2: shower, toilet, and vanity.
Washer and dryer are available.
Living room with dining area and a cozy lounge area. Smart TV with Chromecast. Wi-Fi/Fiber. Access to the large terrace where the sun shines from early morning. Kitchen with everything you need: microwave/oven, stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
The terrace: A large dining table, 2 sun loungers, and comfortable armchairs. An awning over the dining area in case the sun gets too strong. View of the pool area. Partial ocean view. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Stayed for 4 weeks June 2026. Excellent property spotlessly clean with all the amenities required for your stay. Beautiful large balcony with two sun beds and chairs for catching the suns rays and also a large dinning table and chairs in the shaded area of the balcony allowing for alfressco dining. Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms and comfortable beds and two good sized bathrooms with excellent showers. The fully equiped kitchen was great as it allowed for the cooking of what ever meals you wanted, and also a good sized living area and inside dining table and chairs and the Aircon system was much needed due toe high temperatures durning our stay. Beach chairs and a beach umberlla was also available for use as well a shoping trolley. The location of the property was also good with easy access to supermarkets resturants and the beach but also in a quiet area away from any noise. Pool area and pool itself also excellent and well maintained. We would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment to anyone and hope to stay there again ourselves

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and great choice of restaurants.
Nice pool area which get some shade in the afternoon.
Parking on site.
We can’t wait to stay here again.
