This new construction property was completed in November 2023 and features a large living room, kitchen, and dining space as well as two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the beautiful weather of southwest Florida on the front porch while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or favorite foods on the grill. The location was purposefully selected to showcase the best that Punta Gorda has to offer. Only being two blocks from downtown allows guests to enjoy the many bars and restaurants that are offered. Guests can take short walk to enjoy a waterfront meal or stroll through the shops at Fisherman's Village. The newly finished Sunseeker Resort is just across the bridge where guests can access the many bars, restaurants, and pools within. With the modern finishes and coastal aspects of the property, guests are destined to love their new home away from home in Punta Gorda, Florida.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Azul. The home was clean, well thought out and was fully stocked with all of the kitchen/cleaning supplies, towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. that we needed. The hosts were generous and easy to communicate with. The location is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
