Set just north of downtown, the home offers a rare blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to local shops, dining, and coastal adventures. From the elevated deck and wall of picture windows, take in uninterrupted ocean views as waves roll in and out—your front-row seat to sunsets, storms, and even seasonal whale watching.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully remodeled with high-end finishes and modern comforts. The open living space invites you to unwind with a plush sectional, cozy electric fireplace, and 55" Roku TV with soundbar. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including LG ovens with built-in air fryers), quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare fresh coastal meals. Gather around the quartz dining table or step outside to the deck to grill on the Weber BBQ and dine with the ocean as your backdrop.

THINGS TO KNOW
- There is 1 portable A/C unit, and 1 portable dehumidifier located in the bedroom closets, and movable as needed.
- We recently added a beach deck box with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kites, kid's sand digging toys, and various other beach-y gear, all for your enjoyment.
- Binoculars and a rain umbrella are available for your pleasure!
- A universal EV charger is available at $0.20 kWh, which is about 1/2 the cost of the Tillamook Tesla supercharger. (Tesla guests will need to bring their own J1772 adapters.)
HOUSE RULE HIGHLIGHTS:
- This home strictly enforces a no-pet policy (not including verified and registered service animals). As owners, we have dog/cat allergies in our family. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee along with removal from the property.
- This home strictly enforces a no-smoking policy. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and immediate removal from the property.
- The maximum number of guests is 4, with the exception of 1 additional infant (the infant must be small enough to fit in the pack-n-play). Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee and removal from the property.
- The entire first floor is a car and storage garage that is unavailable to guests.
- The house has a "no shoes on inside house" policy. Please pack your slippers if you are like my wife and me, who get cold toes without something covering them:)
When you make a reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and authorize a security deposit authorization hold of $300, via a link provided by text/email/DM depending on the booking site.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

We weren’t aware of the Level 1 EV charging station and we very greatly appreciate that feature. The unobstructed view of the ocean was beautiful, as were the sounds. Everything thing was spotless and the furniture and linens were higher quality than most vacation homes. The bidet Toto seats in both bathrooms were a nice touch, on the downside now I need to upgrade our home toilet seats.

As advertised this Home is very modern! Quality updates throughout. Very comfortable, great location, secure, and quiet. Kitchen well stocked with extra appliances, like a blender and a coffee maker. Everything you need to be at home. Comfortable beds. Nice box of beach toys. Great view of the beach right from the living room.Nice deck outside to watch the sunsetYou are guaranteed to find updates in this Home that you are going to want to do to yours!

Our sister’s trip to the Oregon coast was made perfect by staying here! Very comfortable and peaceful beachfront cottage. We loved everything from the layout & upgrades in the house to the short access to the wide open beach we walked every morning! So good for the soul! Sunsets were amazing and our rainy day was just as enjoyable with the cozy sectional and fireplace we could curl up and still hear the waves and watch a movie. The kitchen is well stocked and upgraded. The beds were comfortable and nice to have 2 full bathrooms. You can definitely see and feel the intentional and well thought out design used to create a cozy beach house to be enjoyed with your loved ones. Spencer the owner was helpful with suggestions of places to eat and great about checking in to make sure our trip was up to expectations. The location is great to either travel north or south to check out all the small towns along the coast. Rockaway is a cute town and the house is in the perfect peaceful location to get away from it all and enjoy time with your people! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
