This picturesque villa distinguishes for the stylish decoration and the stunning location.
The west orientation of the villa promises unforgettable sunset views and moments of relaxation and tranquility.
The Villa is a part of a residential area , few steps from a private sandy crystal water cove, where only inhabitants of the villas can approach through a pathway.
Each villa at the complex has its own swimming pool and a shaded parking place at the back yard.
The high light of this property is the outdoor space which is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, features two dinning areas ,comfy daybed under the shaded pergola and ,sun-beds.
This villa is set at the Area of Melissaki which is 2,5 kilometres away from the main port with all the market and taverns and also two kilometres away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island Xyla beach.
The villa is set on three levels
On the first floor :
Two bedrooms each one with a double bed and a full bathroom at the floor
The main bedroom has a balcony with views at the sea
The other bedroom has 3 windows around and a cement bed
On the ground floor:
Living room, and an open planned fully equipped kitchen,
In the front is the pool area and at the back is the parking space .
At the Basement:
Two cement single beds with an en-suite full bathroom.
Also the laundry room.

The road to the house is dirt road.
Car is recommended
Suv or 4x4 is a good choice but not necessary

We spent 2 lovely weeks in this house and will come back in a heartbeat. It is the perfect place for a Cyclades getaway with family or friends. The island of Kea is lovely. The house, its location, the view... are simply out of this world. Sofia is a delight to interact with. The pictures are exactly what you will get. Highly recommended!

We have just spent five days in this villa and it was absolutely wonderful. The view is spectacular and the outside area is laid out in a way that means you can really enjoy it. The sunsets alone are worth the trip.
We have three small children and found the inside space worked well too. It’s nicely decorated which immediately made us feel at home.
Sofia was incredibly helpful, going out of her way to make a trip as enjoyable as possible.
We’ll definitely be back.

Good and helpful communication.
Met me at the port to show property.
Very useful info sheets in property.
Beautiful setting.
Everything clean and presented very well.
Pictures are a fair representation.
Similar villas either side but privacy excellent.
Only down side is it's twenty minutes drive down a dreadful road - but that road leads straight to the port/restaurants/shops so you are close to everything you need.
