Great condo although the "second bedroom" with the bunkbed was a little tight but for kids it worked. We just kept one of their suitcases in the living room and 1 under the bunkbed:).
Location is good but the walk to the beach is a little far(10min) and the public beach area that you are allowed on is very small(Private beaches on both sides). We drove over to Henderson State Park instead(5min drive).
Pool is nice and big. Restaurants are good.

The unit we rented is not clean, the bed linens and towels need to be replaced! This unit needs a DEEP clean and some upgrades. The owner and property manager were both very responsive which is much appreciated.
