Brand new construction! King bed in two rooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Twin beds in both secondary bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms (two with king beds and two with twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, backyard, patio, and garage. Our Green Retreat is located in a convenient Waco neighborhood, perfect for exploring the city. You're just a short drive from Magnolia Market, a popular destination for shopping and dining. Baylor University is also nearby, offering a range of activities and events. The downtown area, with its diverse restaurants and shops, is easily accessible. The neighborhood is a great base for your Waco adventures. Enjoy the tranquility of the area while still being close to all the action.

We spend the entire weekend in Waco for a girls trip. This house was absolutely adorable! Clean and well kept. The beds were all very comfortable! The location was great - very quick to get to downtown Waco and the silos. We felt very safe. We had no issues, but I reached out to the host to notify of something and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice new well decorated home. Plenty of space for a big group with lots of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. There really is no downside to this home unless you are looking to be in a neighborhood where you can walk to things -this house is not that. But it’s a very short drive to just about anything you want to see in Waco.
