Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 250 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road). 250 m footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 13 km, shopping centre 33 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Leontica Chiesa 133" 7 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 25 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m.
