About this apartment rental
This 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande on the 11th floor with elevator access. Private balcony accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 11th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen with white cabinets, flat screen TVs, crown molding in the living room. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.
**NOTE: Parking on the ground floor of parking garage is for high top and over sized vehicles ONLY per HOA**
Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Mar Vista Grand is an amazing resort.... our host was very responsive. Room was great but needs upgrades. Overall a great 1st time experience. We will definitely be back.

Ver spacious, clean, and comfortable condo for our six family members. The indoor and outdoor pools/hot tub were fantastic. Fun tiki bar for drinks and snacks. The best part is the short walk from the elevator to be on the beach. Area seemed very safe. Highly recommend this condo!!

I've stayed at this Condominium several times at different units - this one was the most dated (uncomfortable beds and sofa, walls needed painting, overall just needed some love).
