Located just steps from public beach access and a short 7–10 minute walk to Centro’s restaurants, cafés, markets, and nightlife, the location offers the perfect balance of walkability and quiet.
Set in a small 8-unit building, the condo provides privacy and a relaxed atmosphere away from crowded resorts.
The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas to a spacious ocean-view balcony with BBQ — ideal for sunset dinners or morning coffee overlooking the bay.
Sleeping arrangements:
• King bed in the primary suite with ensuite bathroom
• Flexible guest room with beds that can be configured as either a king or two twins, with jack-and-jill bath
Air conditioning in all rooms, in-suite laundry, and high-speed WiFi keep the condo comfortable for both relaxation and remote work.
The beach is less than 200 meters away via public access directly across the street. A mini mart is half a block away, and Centro is an easy walk.
